Editorial Direction

Relate was a sub-branded editorial site tied to Zendesk’s flagship user conference. I wrote extensively for Relate before becoming editor, where I oversaw all aspects of ideation and social media.

Our digital publication focused on top-funnel, product-agnostic content aimed to help CX professionals build better connections with customers and colleagues. We took a journalistic approach, explored relevant topics in the business world, created onsite activations, and ultimately served to nurture existing customers while driving prospects deeper into the funnel.

I write many different things for tech companies, but I also enjoy writing for fun and have a soft spot for local publications. (Though I’d also love to write for a few household names… 👋 The New Yorker! … Just gonna put that out into the universe. 🤞) Much of my work is product-based, but I’ve also had opportunities to advocate for broader workplace values.
